Construction Notes

1) The production process aims to reproduce the natural beauty and natural texture of stone. Therefore, stone surface may exist small pores and irregular. Such differences are stone characteristics and not product defects. Each piece of NICOO stone is not completely consistent, and may be in aesthetics, color, surface treatment, thickness, drinking density and other apparent differentiation.

2) If the product contains a small amount of burrs, it is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the installation.

3) Products with diagonal differences (less than 2mm) are normal.

4) In the same batch or different batches of products, color difference is a normal phenomenon. These differences add to the real effect of the stone.

5) The customer shall understand the above content and clearly communicate the above content to the customer/retail store/consumer before obtaining the order.

2. Production Time

15~30 working days (to be determined according to the volume)

3. Inspection

The customer shall inspect the goods before they leave the factory: Once the goods leave the factory, the customer shall be deemed to agree that the products meet the customer's requirements. However, the customer has the right to raise objections within 15 days after the goods arrive at the destination port.

4. Delivery

The customer should pick up the order within 15 days after receiving the delivery notice. If the customer fails to pay the balance to pick up the goods after the agreed time limit, we will charge the customer 0.5% of the total payment for storage fee per day. If the balance is not paid after 30 days, Party A will confiscate the goods and not refund the deposit.

5. Storage Conditions

Because the product has the characteristics of breathability, it is easy to adsorb the odor. In order to ensure that the product does not absorb, bad odor, please customers in transportation, storage, and sales time, to ensure that the goods placed in the environment is odor-free, dry drinking good ventilation.
